Am i the only one that read the part that states if kay decides to retire sfor will seize to operate . Am i the only one that saw last mobth waller listed as vp of acs ? Am i the only one that read the 8k ? Am i the only one that listened to waller state he is the vp of acs on the webinar yesterday? Am i the only one that contacted acs to confirm my beliefs of sfor position as a retailer for them ? These are all FACTS! Check them !! Now my opinion would be there must be a reason waller is an executive at acs now ... maybe he wants a job after sfor closes its doors? The 8k allows another executive to aquire his preffered shares to allow the execurives to retain voting control as waller vote would not count in any decision of acs requiring a vote. Anybody who has not done this simple DD needs to reconsider many things lol . Spend day after day reading a whole lot of stuff with only hopeful connections and here i posted a few FACTUAL things which all are backed not only by proof straight from the horses but reflected by the pps and volume
