8.95 plus .01 a share fee for any stock purchase with a PPS under $1 up to 5% of the total transaction price (if it exceeds 8.95). They got me for over $500 fee when I loaded up on AMFE a couple months ago and probably about $1k total. I'm only with them because I'm in the military and have all my accounts/insurance/loans except my mortgage through them. I was brand new to trading in March when I decided to open an account and I was never expecting to really throw any serious money at a stock until I found Amfil and took out a loan to buy more. I opened a TD Ameritrade account up to transfer last week but they never sent me the transfer form, I'm going to call them tomorrow for sure now lol
