KMT1 - BTSC value

Some hype here about bitcoins in India does not agree with recent articles. See: http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/06/04/india-bitcoin-market-scenario/

Anyone tracking BTSC to the day-to-day value of bitcoins will be disappointed to know there is no correlation between the two. If the value of bitcoin goes up, BTSC does not necessarily go up and vice versa. With this inconsequential stock, overall trending of bitcoin value would have a small effect on stock value.

BTSC also is a pink sheet OTC stock. It is the lowest grade of trading stock below OTCBB, not even listed on a regulated exchange. As a result, the SEC does not require them to post quarterly reports and many important statistics, i.e. P/E, EPS, book value, debt, etc. Like most pink sheet stocks, the company makes no profit and continues to run up debt. Their indebtedness and lack of accountability makes them extremely risky that could cause the shareholder to lose all shareholdings. I speak from experience.

So what gives BTSC its value? strictly its price which is governed by whatever the market will bear. Those who buy low and sell high love this stock. So this stock could sell for fractions of a penny per share or dollars per share if the market will support it. Those who can time it right could make a small fortune.
