The annual 10-K financial report is due from each company 90 days after the end of their fiscal year, which in the case of mCig is April 30 of each year. Ninety days from April 30 takes us to the end of July. Companies then can file for an extension and receive an additional 15 days grace period before they are considered delinquent. Annual financial reports are required to be audited by an independent third party.

In between year-ends, all companies are required to file quarterly 10-Q financial reports within 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter. They can apply for a five day extension before they are delinquent.
