I agree with everything you stated tedpeele were all hoping it's a genuine company. But there was one thing that really bothered and concerned me yesterday while reading the Q4 2016 investors update.

Maybe I shouldn't be concerned but CCLX Accountant Roland Vetter. I've dealt with companies in the past that he was involved with and it was never a pretty out come.
