Ok using your scenario.

When EXAD hits a penny snd assume BDCI is trading at .02 it's a two for 1.

If anyone purchased higher then .02 then when the stock goes up it will get closer to what they purchased if for.

Doesn't make a difference if it's BDCI or EXAD .02 is .02 that doesn't change.
