 News flash penny, strikeforce had ownership. If CyberSafety has ownership of the patents in the contract, it's on them to update ownership on google patents website under "Legal Events". Instead of repeating yourself here, why not ask Daniel Delgiorno why he has NOT updated HIS information. I personally do not believe ANYTHING said by a ceo or anyone else involved with business. I believe what has or has not been done. A good example is Mark said no need for another r/s. That's obvious to me based on the situation(pps/ss). If the pps was at .0001, I would shake my head at those same words. Strikeforce is displayed on Ropes & Gray website as being represented for patent infringement lawsuits. With Ropes & Gray's successful record in IP cases, it provides the proof I seek in determining their chances. So...please ask Delgiorno(your fav email buddy) to please update his ownership info in a more timely matter. Oh, wait...he doesn't have to. It's up to the owner, not the shareholder to decide on what exactly a timely manner is. In my opinion, if it says Strikeforce is the owner, then wait for it, wait for it...Strikeforce is the correct current owner. Thank you for reading.
