Yes..that brings to mind.

Some Cable Companies are more profitable[Bigger Market Cap]than others.

Maybe they are deciding how much each individual Cable Company will pay and that is what is taking so Long.

I believe they are in Talks.

This may take a little while to figure out if ChanBond is willing to accept this type of offer?
