I am a cynical person by nature...
and distrusting...
especially of people that I have observed LYING in the past...like BSETH.
So I ask...GIVEN that the shareholders were not provided with the terms of the Group 10 Note originally (if it is indeed the Group 10 at issue)
IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY THAT I CAN KNOW >>>FOR A FACT<<< THAT THE TERMS WERE NOT CHANGED LATER?
A NEW Note drawn up and back dated???

People do crazy things for money...
WHY should I believe that nothing untoward happened???
UNLESS you can provide the ORIGINAL 8K FILED NOTE in an exhibit from July 2015???
