This will an ultra rare Pinky to Nasdaq play imo... I know, it sounds flat out crazy/stupid, but they meet all of the requirements already, except for the share price.

Roger knew this right off the top of his head during the interview and imo that is no coincidence. Their goals are grand. I see a $1+ billion brand in the making... No competing distributor has the perfect venue to test/launch/market a new game in.... hence exclusivity.
