Its also been claimed that the drop in price to .001 after the censure was created by Cowan and the conversions are based off that.
Yet according to scottrade's chart, TAUG dropped to .0013 twice during the last day of July/first trading days of August 2015 and again at the end of December 2015....
CLOSING higher each time.
I've looked back at some posts from those periods and they appear to confirm that the pps did NOT drop to ".001"...

I don't see where it fell to ".001" until recently.

Please provide exact dates for your claim, so I can research this further.
