Bill has never came through for shareholders one time. Its sad that the SEC/FINRA allow this to keep going. He runs out of money and just dumps more shares. He runs out of shares and changes incorporation for unlimited shares.

When is enough enough? At some point a light bulb has to go off and say this company is a fraud. Why wont they suspend this ticker and protect new investors from being scammed here?

0 revenue in 7 years and over $26 million in debt. Annual operating expense of over $2 million dollars.

O/S with current 8k is 8.3 billion shares.
