Then there is a possibility of no news that the loan was paid.
An 8k is required for default or dilution.

So if we don't hear anything by the end of the week, it is possible Northwest has a generous benefactor. Just sayin.

4.5m is due Tuesday there will be no major dilution to pay it imo.
