COWI has done nothing. COWI lost their primary business to their lender for failure to pay even one penny against a $2 million note. Now we are supposed to somehow believe COWI, with no business operations whatsoever and legal judgements and tax warrants against them, has paid $20 million of their past due debt.

Impossible. And simply not believable in any way.

COWI is insolvent as they are likely now $30 million in debt. And also almost certain defunct.
