Going back through our board history and Anavex PR's, it appears that last year's Anavex PR went out on July 12th for posters presented on July 24/27

Interestingly enough, this board learned of the 2016 presentations as early as of June 29th, which is about 2 weeks or so before the official PR as pointed out by Mikesc. These were not developing/late breaking topics.

I agree that our abstract would be embargoed under the policy of AAIC, however it is interesting that we are unable to see any mention of Anavex in the program. If that is the case, I am hoping that we see ourselves in a developing/late breaking slot in either poster or oral which the majority will present on Wednesday July 19. I almost expect 2 presentations if that is the case where we will see one dedicated for PK/PD data thoroughly analyzed by Ariana and then 26 week extension Safety and Efficacy data. For those counting, that equates to 83 weeks of data.

I worked back to the 2015 announcement and that was PR'd 3 weeks before the presentation then. I do not believe that was late breaking as well.

So I suppose the concern here is that, abstracts that were accepted ahead of time and not deemed developing/late breaking have made it onto the online planner that the public can see I am assuming. How long until the planner shows all confirmed presentations that are late breaking? Honestly, if they are planning on presenting full pk/pd data before trials start, I cannot see another conference to do that at considering the timeline they have put out. At this point I cannot assume that they will be presenting but hopeful that they are. Going to be an interesting next second half of the year.
