600 million shares that were trading. But you knew that didn't you lol

NO I DID NOT KNOW THAT, BECAUSE IT IS COMPLETE BS! This tripe is just like paid consultant, Johnny C's claiming a Florida trial venue or jury selection in July or a myriad of other misstatements!

For comparison purposes, here is Johnny C's actual originally posted statement
!

TAUG had roughly 600 million shares outstanding prior to the malpractice.

Looks to be another "tap dance", as Johnny C as been caught in another misstatement!

THERE IS ALL SORTS OF PROOF SHOWING TAUG HAD ISSUED ONE BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES PRIOR TO THE COWAN DEBACLE. All one needs to do is read the Authorized share increase prospectus, which was filed in mid-2015! Somehow TAUG's paid consultant, who should know the situation, pulled the 600 million, quote, "OUTSTANDING" out of a hat, and is now back-pedaling, trying to claim 400 MILLION of the ONE BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES were NOT "TRADING"! OH REALLY??? Just for clarification "TRADING" means "FLOAT"!

If Johnny C wants to stick with his claimed 600,000,000 share "FLOAT" as of mid-July 2015, it would be appropriate that Johnny C supply the proof of this number!

FACT: CONTRARY TO JOHNNY C'S ORIGINAL POST, TAUG SHOWED ONE BILLION COMMITTED AND/OR OUTSTANDING SHARES AS OF MID-JULY 2015. THIS WAS PRIOR TO LEARNING OF THE COWAN INDEPENDENCE ERROR! IT IS ONE BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES, PERIOD! SOME WERE "RESTRICTED" AND NOT "TRADING", AS THESE SHARES WERE "RESERVED" FOR CONVERTIBLE DEBT COMMITMENTS! THESE CONVERTIBLE DEBT AGREEMENT TERMS WERE ESTABLISHED PRIOR TO COWAN AND WILL HAVE NO BEARING ON THE LITIGATION OUTCOME!!!
