It's not a heads or tails, 50/50 gamble.

The CEO, a coin in his hand, says: "Heads we push forward; tails we don't."

The evidence, confirmed in both murine (rat and mouse) and clinical human studies (the Australian trial) clearly show that for those who make decisions solely on statistical analysis, not underlying, known, controlling chemical and cellular mechanisms, Anavex 2-73 has a far greater chance of success than any of the many previous "target the protein wastes" trails. Each of those has failed, as will, most likely, any subsequent ones. Demonstrably, they are a bad gamble (not even heads or tails).

It would be a gross error --- not to be made by our CEO --- to presume a successful Anavex 2-73 trial against Alzheimer's symptoms has only similar chances of success. He knows (as do all who have studied and understood the unique mechanisms of action of Anavex 2-73 in diseased neurons) there is no comparison.

First, previous protein waste-clearing technologies have almost universally evoked severe, limiting or disabling side effects.

None of those with Anavex 2-73, either in murine tests or humans.

Secondly, waste-clearing approaches (all have failed) aim at the tail end of the Alzheimer's disease process, the terminal accumulation of toxic protein wastes; never addressing exactly why they accumulated in the first place, as the disease began.

Anavex 2-73 treats the early, root cause of waste protein accumulations. It facilitates proper, healthful production of fully-functioning, properly folded enzymes, some of which clear protein wastes before they accumulate.

Thirdly (a minor but important consideration), Anavex 2-73 is administered orally, without the need for an injection or IV infusion (blood drip). Moreover, Anavex 2-73 readily and rather completely crosses the blood/brain barrier, facilitating efficient action in CNS nerves.

It's best to play multi-million dollar drug trial games with a full knowledge of facts that control the odds. Missling and Co. are aware. The game is strongly in their favor.
