The patents were filed in 2011, 2012 but the two most recent were granted Dec 6 2016 (9515333) and Jan 5, 2016.(9231266)
That is new and recent. It is the granting of the patent that is important, anyone can file a patent.
As for trademarks, the Formira HOD and Hydrogen on Demand Formira have been approved for publication as of June 13, 2017.
You can't get more recent than that . These developments are new, and important for Neah to succeed.
