I have a feeling English is not their primary 1st language ... with that said, you can't judge smarts, wits, or competence based on this language used or barrier. That is like calling a foreigner dumb just because they don't write or speak perfect English language. If the interim management comes through and does what they say they are and can do then they are competent to me.
