I forgot the insert after this one:

"Upon a completed merger, unless profitable www.chinaeastren.com will be either sold or wound down."



The way I see it there are no surprises of what will happen to this site after the merger or if merger fails for some reason. And even if merger were to fail doesn't mean another candidate couldn't be found.
