If Dream life is not going to put more shares in the market, they need to drop the AS to the OS values, thus showing the market that they have no room to add shares.

Then the RS would be a good thing as investors will know they weren't able to dump shares.

If they don't do that, they just screwed everyone with that large RS ratio as price will definitely go down after RS.

Too many of these companies are doing this more and more to investors!
