If you own 12,000,000 shares and the current price is $.0006 after the r/s you will own 12m/4000=3000 shares but the new share price would be $.0006 * 4000=$2.40 per share. Value would still be the same, but R/S are generally viewed as negative by investors unless some major change in management occurs which is the case here, but I still think it is overall not a good thing.
When I sent a PM to DL just now about the R/S they said:
