Haha we have had this discussion before.... and actually when you finance car you do own it immediately. You get the title of ownership right away in exchange for a promise to pay.



If you sell the car for 10 times it's worth the financier does not get this money ..... you do...the financier gets just what they are owed

It's the same here uoip has a $5m debt to be paid in 2020, and they are the 100% owner of chanbond
