The court date is in 2018!

The note is due in 2020 for ownership of Chanbond LLC

On October 27, 2015, the Company entered into $5,000,000 no interest Promissory Note with the Deirdre Leane to purchase ChanBond, LLC (ChanBond) (see Note18). The Promissory Note is due and payable on or prior to October 27, 2020.



Another scare tactic post...

They didn't rule in your favor they ruled in Chanbond LLC favor. UOIP doesn't own Chanbond LLC because they haven't paid the $5M which they can't because they are dead broke.
