I dont understand why everyone is panicking lol... Who actually thought a settlement was being offered and accepted within 3 days if their joint status report? Thats absurd with the amlunt of money in play here. I gurantee the cable companies low balled the hell out of a settlement and chanbond counter with an absurd amount because thats how the game works. The defendant starts out low to have wiggle room and the plaintiff starts out high because they dont want to be low balled on the final resolution. The ball is in uoip's court and cable knows that they will have to keep coming up until uoip decides to accept. Otherwise they pay more and more lawyer fees on top of the potential to be annihilated in court for a crazy amount of money. They know they have time and they will play the waiting game to try to get uoip to budge. This is actually a good thing because it shows uoip isnt giving in for chump chsnge like the cable companies want them too. Sell off tmw if you want to doesnt matter to me. My position wont change until i have more dry powder to pick up the cheapies you all sell off. Good luck to longs. Only thing we need to worry about is how much we are going to get and set a target to sell
