Lol ya in what pills posted it seemed like the defendants are having to completely restructure their defense. This going to trial is a technicality in the timeline. They either had to declare settlements are proceed to trial and keep settlement talks going. We may very well see a proposed settlement meeting come up tomorrow and be a week away. They can do it at any time prior to a decision by the jury in trial.
