I know most of you were hoping for notice of settlement talks today.

However, I very excited by this. As I am more than willing to wait. This allows most of my shares to be treated as most of my gains to be long term...assuming they don't settle before January. Plus a trail could mean a real value as opposed to a discounted settlement value
