If the R/S doesn't happen and the stock usually sits at trip 1 with 3.4B shares, as it has for years... and all of the shares are free trading, how does the company acquire any capital? The only way is to borrow money and pay back the loans with cash or stock. But if the A/S increases substantially and the price is trip 1 already, who will buy the additional stock??
