Out standing shares were last reported at just over 1m... the float was about 100m.

It has likely increased. But that doesn't really matter even if the the o/s went to 2b and the float to 1.1b, the settlement amounts discussed are still 5x-50x the current pps.

I think the short answer is that the float is likely increased a bit and there are a lot of flippers
