The original plan stated UMS was worth $50K. The revised plan upped the amount to $500K. It is the revised plan that will be the final plan that will be approved by the court and implemented. EXACTLY.

But so what? Neither has anything to do with TALK, as TALK will still be losing 100% of its ownership in UMS regardless.

It is over.
