Let's pump the breaks on this for a second.

Although I agree the "current" footnote states as such, lets back track for a bit:

Per the Original BK Plan, it was stated that UMS was worth $50,000. It was even stated BY YOU as well. I countered with logic, stating that if UMS was making $1.2 - $1.4 million monthly, they were no where near that low worth.

Guess what? And updated plan was submitted, increased to $500,000.
