Fidelity seems to always use NITE ..that's all I used to see when I was gathering over the years...Any Yes you can only sell on Fidelity as of now....no Buying ...A Trade error ( TC 9052 ) populates that prevents you from buying after hitting the preview button in your buy order...

TC 9052 in a nutshell says:

OPENING TRANSACTIONS FOR PINK SHEETS ( without information) are not permitted.
