I do not think showing the finanacial hardship due in part to lack of licensing revenues by infringing parties will work in Duo's favor. To their credit, they are doing a great job of prolonging the inevitable settlement senario they face imo. Time is money as Duo is still making their revenue from operations. Perhaps using the money of an up and coming settlement wisely to continue making money(ex:trading sfor stock,lol) is worth the time bought with it. They had a time frame to respond, and they did with an obvious stalling tactic. Time will tell. Just call me captain obvious, lol. ;&)
