WRONG.The Ceo said when asked about WHY they were having 80% was NOT to have it stopped but that it would be a great help with all the paper work getting it upgdated so if results are great at 100% that they dont have all this work from 60% to get together and most importantly having the 80% was great for the patients to keep them updated and interested so they finish to 100%
So add all that and the countless times he has said even if they are told they can halt they want to still continue to 100%.Now I understand why everytime he opens his mouth and says trail going to 100% some people just don't hear it .Hello
