And now Boys and Girls, we have more dilution AFTER IR promised NO dilution until the fall. On May 19, 375,714,603 was the O/S declared by the company. Prior to that date, we were ASSURED they had all the money they needed to bring product to market, AND no further dilution WOULD occur until the fall. They reported that as of 5/31, the O/S is NOW 380,214,603!!!!!!!!!!. That is almost 5M shares issued in less than 2 weeks!!!!AFTER they promised not to do it!!!!
You want to know why there are no buyers? Dont bother to speak to IR any longer, here is proof they lie!!
