I agree that the shareholders, or potential shareholders, should be very very careful about what and who they believe.... I mean who can forget these wild predictions...
I would suggest that it is unwise to believe the CEO BSeth Shaw, Mr. "BOD" Thomas Graham, or the "consultant" John Cesario who also has claimed to be a financier... And who we can only assume received shares at a hefty discount, like the other financiers.
It is in these people's interest to make people believe that all is well, the lawsuit is a "slam dunk", and TAUG will reap MILLIONS of dollars from it.
Mr. "BOD" has dumped stock repeatedly over the past 18 months....all while telling people here that the lawsuit is going so well.... Ever wonder why he could not hold those shares for the alleged big payday??? https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getowner&CIK=0001650379
What exactly is his compensation? We were allegedly going to be told..."The Company has not yet entered into any other additional compensatory agreements or plan with Mr. Shaw with respect his new appointment as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board. However, the Company does plan to pay Mr. Shaw accrued but unpaid salary in the amount of $26,000. The Company does plan to enter into a compensatory arrangement with Mr. Shaw in the future and will announce the terms at such time." https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142790/000149315215003014/form8-K Oh well...it all comes out eventually...page 39 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142790/000149315216014031/form10-k.htm#a_019
People will tell you that STELLA took "outrageous" amounts of compensation... But look at the chart! BSeth took MORE compensation in total than STELLA did. STELLA total for 2015...289,065 BSeth....337,550 BTW...what exactly did STELLA do in 2016 to earn anything? "Dr. Stella M. Sung (1) 2016 $ 55,500 $ - $ - $ 4,650 $ - $ 5,117 $ 18,650.00" If she was not actually paid the "55,500" in "salary", then shouldn't there be a NOTE? HOW does any of these figures add up to a "total" of "18,650.00"? isn't that a pretty glaring MATH error for a "math major"??? The CEO does certify filings as to being correct...right???
