We got 2 (secured) new stakeholders as per alert.

They applied for their edgar key. As soon as sec issues it we can do filing. Without the key cant file. Sometimes we get key in 2 days sometimes 2 weeks. In eegi case because of ex management fiascos we guess thats causing the delay? Just our opinion.

If there is a delay we may just do a pr and hopefully the edgar key will arrive.



Again, believe it when I see it.
