LOL. They have to wait until June 30th to audit the #'s through June 30th.

I suspect the audits for the last 2 years are complete. Further they may have audited the Financial Statements through the end of May,2017 already. So that leaves only June transaction which need to be reviewed & that should be a relatively easy & quick review, IMO.
