It's coming to corpus. Nustar has storage facility in three rivers , Valero refinery has a plant in three rivers and corpus and they use more sweet West Texas crude damn near for all the products they make. Celaneas refinery in Victoria uses WT crude to for there plastic pellets. They will certainly drink all the oil coming from that region. The infrastructure is already in place to service corpus.
