Right now I'm not sure it means anything? I can't believe everyone covering this stock only can see current unsolved problems.

The CC today afforded that management has been there and done that regarding litigations and gave the impression they handled it well.

What litigation or arbitration was positive or produced any shareholder value?

We litigated with Siemens, Alcatel and Philips for 7 years and walked out with a favorable decision and the result of that is Siemens has a paid up license for every thing IDCC licenses and the other two aren’t licensed.

NEC arbitrated and we got basically 10 cents on the dollar and Samsung did the same thing.

These guys who are covering the stock are dumber than dumb.

Management needs the heat put on them by investors not the markets or the shorts,

One question I would ask if I could is how many of your licensees that you list are providing revenues.

We must have 30 and probably only 3 or 4 provide revenues.

Could you believe they still list ATT as a licensee?
