IMO market maker encouragement across the board in the pennies. Large spreads, dried up volume. I normally am not into conspiracy theories but I've seen it before many times, and it feels like collusion in the entire OTC market. I have heard - but not verified - that a lot of penny stock market makers like to frequent the IHUB boards and 'encourage' action on stocks the way they want them to go.
