An impressive game collection like Snakes has (3000+ games/location), would cost $XXX,XXX to purchase, per location. Thats a hefty investment (on top of other expenses) if a competitor wants to start/expand game cafes... while Snakes gets their games BELOW wholesale (distributor level pricing), making it easier to expand....
As they add Snakes locations, their ability to secure additional exclusive deals in multiple countries, will grow... Each new location expands their UNIQUE marketing appeal to the game designers, whom already love Snakes! Just look at their comments/pictures online.
ALSO, each retailer they set up is a long term relationship for future games distribution... This is a very powerful aspect. As they start doing biz with more and more big retailers, it makes it easier for the designers to give them exclusivity.... and no doubt they will do biz with most all of the major retailers eventually, because THEY CANT buy the most popular titles from anyone else in Canada ... and in other countries, soon.
All of these moving parts are working in synergy to promote and strengthen the brand across the board... Competing distributors better be nervous, cause I dont see any of them landing exclusivity, on ANY titles. That is the EARLY tell-tale sign of Snakes future dominance.
KNOW what you own. This is a life changer imo.... massive growth is taking place and they are already NET profitable, 2 quarters in a row.... Good luck finding another penny like it.
