Skilled penny players usually dont chase overheated charts, so they are waiting for it to finish consolidating imo...

I dont know if you were around, but the same EXACT same concerns were being posted under .02, while it was consolidating. Then we broke out on a multi week run and now we are doing the same thing at .08.

This type of trading is not unusual at all for a stock... All stocks see periods of consolidation, but once they breakout, the TA buyer start to increase the volume while spreading the charts around social media, getting others to pile in on top = momentum

As i have said several times, watch what happens when we clear resistance. We are still below it, churning... The key right now is that we are not consolidating with a huge downtrend, we are holding the bulk of the gains, while allowing the indicators to catch up.
