pretender is synonymous with make believe,false identity, and actor.If the last is representative of becoming anything which is made to deprive , cause deprivation ,and insinuate, then to that end which you are insinuating, acting upon, for gain by lying, distorting and again inferring, you are,will be held accountable.
Seth,Byron,et al have participated in the above.Their writing is actionable. And, should there be any proof in a colluded effort's potential members of the AMEX exchange to protect and collude for intended gain, protectionism, to a focal pointed end then that too is actionable.
Like Gary said the cost in $$ and time is not practical for GTE however I believe we have 6 years to prove anything.I'd have dinner with Max who was the Dow Jones Writer that had sources!!! regarding the delisting. if I was Huff. I'd like to know who was/is behind the masks.Hedges placing business through firms like Gilford Securities? There is dirt to be uncovered, and several months from now, when real money comes in, I want my money back for GTE and its shareholders.
