I am betting they have been very busy trying to turn this stock around from former management issues. I am sure they have had their hands full, as well as brainstorming to do what they have already seemed too accomplish in a short amount of time. If they actually deliver on what they have said on the merger then I will be extremely impressed.
Two things come too mind that has kept my head together on this one and trusted my gut feeling.

1. Hard work pays off! (I hope too see this soon here)

2. Rome wasn't built in day! (Stuck in my head from a former employer)
