You made the following claim:

"the new team has significantly improved the program and they've been meeting expected time-frames and at an extraordinarily rapid rate".

PLEASE give specifics as to

1) how have they "significantly improved the program" (show links to the facts you claim); and

2) PLEASE be SPECIFIC as to what "time-frames" you claim they have met (again, show links to the facts you claim).

I realize that this is not the type of "realistic questioning posts" that the POE likes to see but we'll time how long it remains.
