ONE MORE TIME: Vote AGAINST the incentive plan.

Time for the Board to compensate its shareholders/investors with special dividend and an increase to the existing dividend amount and not just themselves.

Buybacks don't always keep the price high. But real cash to investors is something we can put our hands around.
