Its not "typos" they find. You are confusing patent validity (PTAB) with the application (infringement). These patent law firms are experts at analyzing wording in a patent vs client infringement. Infringement is rarely cut and dry, it has to be interpreted, which
can go in different directions. There is usually an argueable point on both sides, sometimes the better lawyer wins the arguement.
