The timeline would look something like this- Trial March 2018 at earliest, then inevitable CAFC appeal by loser late 4th quarter 2018. Settlement negotiations would probably be ongoing (Will know more Monday), unless the Cisco13 decide to fight hard based on something they see in the patents vs infringement. Dont underestimate lawyers on the Cisco13 side, with that kind of money at stake, you will see one of the top firms in patent law on their side. UOIP may/should win, but it wont be as easy as everyone thinks. As usual, hope I'm wrong, but been through these a couple of times and they never go the way they should. JMO.
