Everyone knows that the news release has to come out prior to the Open House and not at the open house.

Simple read of the SEC regulations reveals that news must be made to all investors at once and not just to a limited few who go to an open house. News might precede the Open House on the same day, but NOT AT THE OPEN HOUSE.

The Open House will be after the fact, if there is any news release at all.
